We request a 48 hours notice for any type of cancellation.

 

Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty.

 

Cancellations made without giving us a 24 hours notice will incur a $70 late-cancellation fee.

If 2 late cancellations (cancellation that occurs within 48 hours of an appointment) are made within 6 months period, a patient will be dismissed and/or discharged from any services from Care Integrative Clinic. All patient's future appointments will be removed from the schedule.
